Please READ all information before booking your session. The Cotton Field sessions will be very limited this year. I will only be a few weeks post c-section and will not be able to take on as many sessions as I usually would this time of year. Since these fields are only in bloom every 2 years I wanted to be able to offer a few evenings of sessions. I have had many more people express interest in booking sessions then I have spots available so unfortunately these sessions will probably sell out quickly. If you are unable to get a Cotton Field Session then I plan on offering a few additional FALL sessions in Mid November.
I will be using a cotton field in Cartersville, GA. I will send the exact location details the week of your session. I will be offering sessions on October 24, 26, 27 & 28 unless there are any unforeseen circumstances with the field or bad weather. I will save the following week as rain dates and if the field is in good condition the next week and there are no rain dates I may be able to open up more spots. Those will be announced last minute and would be the evenings of October 29, 30 and November 1. I WILL ONLY BE ABLE to offer mini sessions for the dates and times listed and will not be able to do full sessions using the Cotton Fields. Mini sessions are only reserved for immediate families. (Couples, Parents and their children or siblings only) Please keep in mind that these will be 10 minute mini sessions. I will shoot a few minutes of family photos, siblings and then a few individuals of children. For couples sessions we will fit in as many different poses as time allows. It is very important that you arrive at least 15-20 minutes before your scheduled session time to have all members of your family ready. The schedule is tight but I have been doing mini sessions for many years and everything has always run really smoothly because clients arrive early and are dressed and ready for their session to begin on time. All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking since we are less then 30 days from the session dates. Please read the steps for booking your session carefully. I will only be booking through email messages- No FACEBOOK or Text messages

1. Please email ashleymushegan@gmail.com subject line: Cotton Field MINI & list your desired dates and booking time. It would be helpful if you would list all of the different dates that will work for your family incase the first choice gets booked. (Sat morning will most likely book up fastest)
2. As soon as I confirm that your requested date is available then I will send you a PAYPAL link that MUST be paid within 24 hours to reserve your session. If the requested date(s) are booked then I will let you know so that you can choose another date. If you have not paid within 24 hours then I will need to open up the session time to the next in line.
3. I will confirm that you are all booked and the exact time within the next week. Thanks for following this process as I will be welcoming baby #3 into the world on Tuesday of this week. I must stick to this booking process so that I can make sure I can reserve dates and times in the order that they are received. I will be unable to respond to questions from October 10-13 but will get back with you soon after. Hopefully the above information answers your questions.
